The growing recognition of the integral role of healthy lifestyle routines in academic performance and overall well-being has emphasized the importance of understanding the health behaviors of students, particularly those in physically demanding programs such as the Bachelor of Physical Education. This study aimed to determine the level of healthy lifestyle routine of Bachelor of Physical Education students in one of the universities in a highly urbanized city, Central Philippines, during the 1st semester of the school year 2024-2025. The descriptive research design was used. The data needed for this study was – hundred fifty - five (155) Bachelor of Physical Education students from first year to third-year level and 30 Bachelor of Physical Education students in another university in Bacolod City for reliability using a self–made questionnaire that has passed the validity and reliability using stratified random sampling and Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The study reveals that the healthy lifestyle routine of Bachelor of Physical Education students, according to physical health, is very high, while emotional and psychosocial health is high. No significant difference in the level of healthy lifestyle routine of Bachelor of Physical Education students according to physical health, emotional health, and psychosocial health and when grouped according to age, sex, and average family monthly income. On the other hand, there was a significant difference in the level of healthy lifestyle routine of Bachelor of Physical Education in physical health when the respondents were grouped according to their age. The study calls for orientations and seminars on healthy lifestyles in all aspects, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial health.
